WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

Order Processing Time:


All orders are processed and fulfilled by our trusted production partners through Printify. Production times typically range between 2-7 business days, depending on the product type and production location. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:


Shipping rates and times vary depending on the customer’s location and the production partner used. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic Shipping (US):  Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times for international orders vary but typically range from 10-20 business days depending on the destination.

During high-demand periods or due to external factors (such as customs delays or postal disruptions), shipping times may extend beyond the usual estimates. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to ensure timely delivery.

Order Tracking:


Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can track the progress of your order using the provided tracking number.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:


International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred after the product has shipped.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are here to help!

Defective or Damaged Items:


If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Send us detailed photos of the issue along with your order number, and we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return and Exchange Policy:


Since our products are custom-made upon order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects or incorrect orders. Please ensure all details (such as size, color, and customization) are correct before placing your order.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Digital downloads

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions

Refunds:


Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will notify you via email. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Return Shipping:


In cases where a return is necessary due to a defect or mistake on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. However, for all other situations, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
